Our services

Staffing for nurses, doctors, GPs and allied health professionals

Four services that hold together: find the right people, check them properly, place them where they fit, and keep the paperwork ready for inspection.

The work

What healthcare staffing actually involves

Recruiting, placing and managing clinical staff across very different settings — an ICU and a residential home need almost nothing in common from a candidate beyond the registration.

Getting that match right is what makes staffing safe rather than merely legal. It affects patient outcomes, it affects the substantive team's workload, and it decides whether a booking gets repeated.

Services

Four services, one accountable consultant

Healthcare staffing

Cover for hospitals, clinics, care homes and hospices — from a single unfilled night to a full block booking.

Recruitment

Sourcing and screening qualified professionals for temporary, fixed-term and permanent roles across all bands.

Placement

Matching on skill mix, speciality and location so the person who arrives can actually do the shift unaided.

Compliance

DBS, registration, right to work, training and references verified and held on file, ready for inspection.

How a booking runs

Five steps, in this order, every time

We publish the process because the order is the point: compliance is cleared before you are asked to choose anyone.

01

Brief

We take the detail: role, band, speciality, dates, rate ceiling and any site-specific requirements.

02

Shortlist

You receive a shortlist of available professionals with compliance status attached to each one.

03

Confirm

You pick. We confirm the booking in writing to both sides so nothing depends on a phone call.

04

Handover

The professional gets site details, parking, ward contact and shift expectations before arriving.

05

Aftercare

We check in after the first shift and stay reachable for the duration of the booking.

FAQ

Service questions

Can you cover a shift starting tonight?

Often, yes — our out-of-hours desk exists for exactly this. Whether we can depends on who is compliant and free in your area, and we will tell you within the hour either way rather than leaving you hoping.

Do you handle permanent recruitment as well as temporary?

Both. Temporary cover is the bulk of our work, but we run permanent searches too, including senior clinical appointments where the shortlist matters more than the speed.

What does compliance actually include?

Enhanced DBS on the update service, active professional registration, right-to-work documents, occupational health clearance, mandatory training within date, and two verified references covering the last three years.

How are your fees structured?

A margin on the hourly rate for temporary bookings, or a percentage of salary for permanent placements. Both are agreed in writing before we start and appear on every invoice.
