Candidate questions
How long does placement usually take?
Once your documents are complete, most people are working within one to two weeks. Waiting on a new DBS or on overseas references can extend that to three or four.
Is there any cost or fee involved?
None. Our services are free for healthcare professionals — we are paid by the organisations that hire. Nobody at Auxillium will ever ask you for a registration fee.
Do you offer travel nursing or temporary shifts?
Both. Short and long-term placements, plus travel nursing blocks with accommodation support if you would rather work intensively away from home and then take real time off.
What if my compliance documents are out of date?
Send the CV anyway. Sorting compliance is a normal part of onboarding, and we contribute towards DBS checks and fund the mandatory training you need.
Will you send my CV to employers without asking?
No. We discuss each opportunity with you first and only forward your details once you have agreed to that specific role.
